1.      Payment Methods

All payments made via shall be processed securely. When you finalise your order, you will be asked to select your desired payment method: credit card or PayPal.

If you choose credit card, payment will be made using a secured gateway pertaining to the banking institution Banco Santander, thus ensuring that nobody will be able to see, intercept or alter any of the data sent and received via the gateway. All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Euro 6000) are accepted.

If you choose PayPal, payment will be made using your PayPal account (if you have one) or using PayPal’s own secured gateway. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account or set up a new one in order to make payment via this method.


2.     Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for mainland Spain are €7.50.

Shipping costs for France are €15.

Shipping costs for Portugal are €9.

Shipping to mainland Spain is FREE for orders of €60 or more.

Shipping to France is FREE for orders of €120 or more.

Shipping to Portugal is FREE for orders of €80 or more.


3.     Delivery Times

Items bought from will be shipped via the courier company CHRONOEXPRÉS and will be delivered within approximately 2 to 3 working days (for mainland Spain) if the item is in stock, or within 6 to 12 working days (for mainland Spain) if the item is not in stock.

France orders will be delivered by POST in 7 working days aproximately.

If any items in your order will not be available within these time periods, we shall inform you of such.

If you would like your order to be delivered on a specific date, and said date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, please contact our Purchasing Department using the contact details below:

4.     Shipping Address

To avoid any shipping problems (incorrect addresses, nobody able to receive the delivery, etc.), it is essential that you fill in the corresponding form correctly and ensure you provide a contact telephone number in the corresponding field. also allows you to send its products as gifts. To do so, simply specify the recipient’s address (as distinct from the billing address) when you place the order and add a note in the corresponding section indicating that the item is to be a gift. 5.     Exchanges and Returns

Items purchased from have a 7-day return period. This period commences on the date you receive the item and remains valid provided the conditions of the Retail Trade Regulation Act (Ley 47/2002) are met. Returns shall only be accepted if prior written authorisation has been given by to obtain said authorisation, you must contact to submit a request and once said authorisation has been given, you will be informed of the address to return the items to and the conditions that must be met in order for the return to be accepted.

If the purchased items are returned for reasons that are not attributable to Lukris, you must bear the full cost of returning them. Nor shall you be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. However, Lukris shall bear the full cost of returning items that are defective or which have not been correctly delivered, provided you inform Lukris of such upon receiving the delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and suitably protected. The outside of the package must include the following details:

Once Lukris has received the returned items and checked that they remain in perfect condition, you will be refunded the purchase price (where applicable). reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refunded sum if the items are returned in less than perfect condition.

The refund shall be made via the same method used for payment.


6.     Items Damaged during Shipping

In order to file a claim for damage that occurred during shipping, you must notify the courier company of such within a maximum of 24 hours following receipt. If the external packaging is visibly damaged, you should state this on the receipt slip you will be required to sign upon delivery of the items. Once a claim has been filed, shall be responsible for collecting the defective item and once it has been returned, you will be sent a replacement item in perfect condition at no extra cost.
